Antonio Conte reveals 4 players tested positive for the virus while Dejan Kulusevsky was on the bench to face Tottenham against Burnley

Antonio Conte has admitted that a virus afflicted by a stomach bug ran around Tottenham Hotspur ahead of Sunday’s game against Burnley.
