Bull Creek stabbing: Teen accused of murdering Petr Levkovskiy to stay locked up for at least three more weeks

The teen accused of fatally stabbing good Samaritan Petr Levkovskiy will have to spend at least another three weeks in custody after his next court appearance was pushed to late July.

The 15-year-old, charged with murdering the Bull Creek father last month, was scheduled to appear by video-link in Perth Children’s Court on Thursday.

But an email received by the court that morning instructed that both the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and the teenage boy’s lawyer had agreed the matter should be put off until July 21.

He will be remanded in custody until then — two months after he was arrested for allegedly stabbing Mr Lekovskiy in the stomach with a knife.
