This morning: Holly and Phil are listening to the couple’s noisy sex session

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were left speechless on Thursday’s This Morning as they listened to a couple having sex.

At the start of the ITV show of the day, the couple spoke with Lydia Barker and Billy Brown – who have been accused by their neighbor of being too noisy in the bedroom.

Speaking to Holly and Phil live from her bedroom at home in Somerset, Lydia said she was “shocked” when she received a letter from the housing association.

“It was more of a shock than anything else,” she said before confirming she has lived in the property for two months.

Father of two Phil was eager to get some context to the situation and asked the couple how long they have sex.

“Just two minutes, you know!” Billy joked when Lydia added, “Yeah, 120 seconds!”

Lydia went on to say “this is a new thing” and that the couple had never had any complaints before.

Phil then revealed that This Morning had asked the couple to record themselves while having sex, confirming that he and Holly were listening to it via their earphones.

“We have to be the judge of this!” said Holly, 41, as they tuned in.

The couple gasped immediately when Phil remarked, “You definitely like talking to each other during your love affair!”

“Yes, she never shuts up!” Billy replied as Lydia burst out laughing.

“Maybe the complaints were about the words you actually shouted,” Holly said then.

Phil then asked, “Will it change things in the future? Will you try to be quieter?”

“On a serious note, it has changed things,” Billy replied, before saying that they are much more aware of their surroundings when they have sex now.

The couple even confirmed that they had been given a hook at. 6.30am Thursday morning when Phil joked that they would remove the This Morning cameras from their bedroom as soon as possible.

This morning is sent on weekdays at 10 on ITV and ITV Hub.
