Police are investigating a wild brawl at an eastern suburbs mall that shocked onlookers as they bought last-minute Christmas gifts.
Vision of the violent altercation showed several people tearing up in the chaos, which unfolded at around 2pm on Friday at the Midland Gate Shopping Centre.
Police launched an investigation into the incident after a man in his 60s suffered an eye injury and two other people required medical treatment.

It is understood that the brawl was sparked by a verbal altercation between a group of people outside a store in the Great Eastern Highway downtown, before escalating.
Civilians and shopping mall security guards then tried to intervene.
Footage shows men and women involved in the fight, which appears to be at the entrance to Big W. Children can be seen watching.
Subsequently, a man in his sixties was taken to Royal Perth Hospital and the two others to St John of God Midland Hospital.
