Prime Lodge in Nechells is among the ‘worst hotels in the West Midlands’ on the market at £1.3 million

A famous hotel with an unfortunate reputation was offered for sale. Prime Lodge is located in Nechells on Zoopla with an asking price of £1.3 million.

In 2017, we reported it was among the “worst hotels in the West Midlands”. According to our story, it achieved 63 “terrible” results out of 80 on Trip Advisor. At present, it has a “Poor Rating”.

One review praised the “friendly and friendly” staff and the “small but very nice” breakfast. However, other comments included “just don’t” and “stay away.” A Prime Lodge spokesperson previously said: “We are a popular hotel that caters to a number of guests. Hotel guests are always more likely to leave bad reviews on TripAdvisor than good reviews.”

The national motorway network is accessible via Junction 6 of the M42 which is approximately 5 minutes from Villa Park which is approximately 1.5 miles away.
